Manelly Fleming Farm is a 43 acre rural enterprise situated in St. Veep, an attractive rural village near the Ancient Stannery Town of Lostwithiel.

 

A little bit of heaven offers fresh air and countryside, enjoy a meal outside in the gardens, a rest by the lake , it is the perfect place to relax and recharge.

 

The holiday accommodation is a traditional Cornish barn conversion finished to a very high standard with all of the amenities you could wish for to make your stay as perfect as possible, they have comfortable tempor electronic beds, quality wet rooms with fully electronic adjustable sinks and electronically adjustable kitchen work tops for easy access to cooking and dish handling.

 

A complimentary welcome pack awaits you on arrival and fresh local produce is easily available from our village shop, or if you don’t fancy cooking our local pub has an excellent restaurant and a very friendly cosy atmosphere.

Lostwithiel an ancient stannary town is a short drive away and Fowey is just down the estuary with a car ferry to take you across the river and Looe is a short drive in the other direction. With all of the fine restaurants and accessible attractions like aquariums or the Eden project you will never be stuck for things to do even if you are not graced with the best of weather!

 

The farm is owned and run by Daphne and Peter Rolling. It has been in the Rolling family since 1946 through three generations and we pride ourselves on local produce and the enviroment. we produce most of our energy from solar and have our own underground spring, so no chemicals in our water. 

 

We have developed a large old barn into two self catering studio apartments which have been finished to a very high standard. These apartments have been specifically designed and built for people with any disabilities and their families or carers. They are fully compliant with the English Tourism Council’s National Accessibility Scheme to top level standards.

 

We welcome visitors to our farm, either for the day, staying guests or just enjoying our great facilities. on arrival  fresh local produce is easily available from our village shop, or if you don’t fancy cooking our local pub has an excellent restaurant and a very friendly cosy atmosphere.
